FAQS

What is the capacity at the venue and how many are expected at the event?

  • The capacity at the venue is 200 in the Arium Ballroom. We will have between 100-125 attendees. In addition, the silent auction will be in the Flex Room (where you check in) and the no host bar will be in the Secret Garden (outside). Thus, there will be plenty of room for social distancing.

How can an ensure that I am seated with my friends/family?

  • When you purchase your ticket, the receipt will have a "Party Code" on it. Give the code to your friends/family and it will automatically place you at the same table.

  • You also have the option of purchasing the tickets for Table for 8 or Table for 10.

Why do I need to sign up for online bidding?

  • In order to bid on Silent Auction items, you will need to use your mobile device. It can also be used to make a donation during the  Fund-A-Need appeal.

What should we wear to the Taste of Hope?

  • Most people wear business casual/cocktail attire, but there is no "dress code" to the event.

EVENT TIMELINE

7:00 - 7:30

  • arrival and check in

7:00 - 8:00

  • social time to visit with friends and make new friends

  • peruse the Silent Auction items and place your bids on your mobile device

  • take part in the wine pull

    • donate $20 and "pull" a bottle valued at $20 or more.​

    • one lucky person will go home with a bottle of wine valued at $100

  • cash bar will be open outside in the Secret Garden

8:00

  • dinner will be served

  • you will receive a table assignment, so look for your table number

  • there will be a place card on your table with your name.

    • on the back of the ​place card is your bidder number that you will use during our Fund-A-Need appeal

  • If you are the lucky winner of an auction item, pay for it on your mobile device and be sure to pick it up before you leave.
